Nestled in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant Chinatown stands the iconic Korean restaurant Arisun. After relocating to Chinatown in 2007 from their original Belmore store, which was established in 1990, the family-owned eatery has become an institution in Sydney for anyone craving no-fuss, healthy, high-quality Korean Cuisine and a K-pop-inspired ambience.
Vision
Walking into the restaurant, you are met with the venue’s eccentric, bustling vibes, starting with the large neon sign illuminating “Arisun”, photographic screens showing off dishes on their menu and a monument of their famous noodles. With a seating capacity of 200 patrons (inside and outside), Arisun immediately captivates with its warm timber panelling, exposed brick walls and large dining tables, perfect for groups of friends or family.
Mission
Arisun is dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors and culinary traditions of Korea and Japan to their guests. The mission is to create a dining experience that captures the essence of both cultures, allowing the guests to explore new tastes, relive their favourite travel memories, and deepen their love for Asian cuisine. We are committed to infusing passion and authenticity into every dish we serve, making each meal a celebration of Korean and Japanese heritage.
